Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC developed the Tech Plan Creator© to assist our client school districts and libraries in meeting state and federal technology planning requirements.

Your final plan must be submitted for approval by a USAC-certified Technology Plan approver prior to the start of services (July 1) of the funding year. For the 2007-08 funding year, your plan must be submitted in spring, 2007 and approved by July 1, 2007. For the 2008-09 funding year, your new or updated plan must be submitted in spring, 2008 approved by July 1, 2008.
