TECH PLAN CREATOR HELP

Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC developed the Tech Plan Creator© to assist our client school districts and libraries in meeting state and federal technology planning requirements.

Your final plan must be submitted for approval by a USAC-certified Technology Plan approver prior to the start of services (July 1) of the funding year. For your E-Rate 2009-10 application, your plan (2009-12) must be submitted in spring, 2009 and approved by July 1, 2009.
