Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC developed the Tech Plan Creator© to assist our client school districts and libraries in meeting state and federal technology planning requirements.
The first version of your plan which has to meet all E-Rate requirements is due prior to filing your Form 470 for the funding year. You will need to update your technology plan for 2012-13 in Fall, 2011.
Your final plan must be submitted for approval by a USAC-certified Technology Plan approver prior to the start of services (July 1) of the funding year. For your E-Rate 2012-13 application, your plan (2012-15) must be submitted in Spring, 2012 and approved by July 1, 2012.
