• The following information should be prepared by you to provide supporting documentation for your bids.
  • If you are bidding on basic maintenance, you must provide basic maintenance bid detail for each bid:

  • If you are bidding on NEW servers, you need to complete the server cost allocation form for each bid(this is not required if you are placing a blanket server bid):
