Kellogg & Sovereign® Consulting, LLC has been assisting schools & libraries with the E-Rate program since its inception in 1997. For the 2008-09 funding year, we filed over $78 million in E-Rate requests on behalf of schools & libraries. Initially our client base was only Oklahoma schools. Since on-site visits are not required to provide effective services, we are now helping schools in other states as well to successfully navigate through the E-Rate process. We can assist your school and/or library in all aspects of the E-Rate program from preparing your Technology Plan to filing for reimbursement. Since we are not a vendor (service provider) of any qualifying E-Rate services, SLD allows your school/library to authorize us to prepare and submit all of your E-Rate documentation.
