About Kellogg & Sovereign® Consulting, LLC

Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC was formed in 1990 by Jane and Don Kellogg to provide grant writing and technology consulting services for school districts. When the E-Rate program began in 1998, we were working with schools on site to assist them plan and install technology, develop web sites, and apply for technology funding. Debi Sovereign, CPA joined us in 1999 to assist with the E-Rate program and technology.

As the E-Rate program expanded along with our E-Rate client base, we focused our talents on assisting schools and libraries successfully apply for discounts on advanced telecommunications and information services. We draw on our many years of experience in accounting, technology, networking, education, administration, and business to provide high quality service and consistently exceed our clients' expectations.

Our clients range from small rural school districts to large metropolitan districts and libraries.
