Reimbursements for FY 2009-10

File Remaining Forms 472 (BEAR) for 2009-10
E-Rate funding year 2009-10 ended June 30, 2010, so you'll need to file your last reimbursement requests (BEAR Form 472) with USAC/SLD as soon as you receive your bills for June, 2009. The last date for filing invoices for recurring services is October 28, 2010, but don't delay as you'll want to have time to re-file if there are any problems during invoice review.
K&S clients need to send us their last bills by the end of July so we can file for reimbursement for you with plenty of time before the deadline.
